Fully transcribed w/ loud & clear audio.
On the morning of 2/21/18, Christopher Keala Lample began to assault his female partner/victim at ~ 4am @ E. Telegraph Road., Santa Paula, CA in his RV parked on his mother's property. The victim managed to record audio on her phone hours into her assault. Recording ends at 11:21am. Total assault lasted ~8 hours leaving the victim swollen, bloody, & with contusions, bruising, & broken skin throughout her face & body with permanent physical damage including to her hands & knees. Christopher Keala Lample assaulted his victim repeatedly & along with his hands & feet to punch, choke, & kick the victim, he also used objects including a wooden sword/ tall grass trimmer.
Christopher Keala Lample took the victims belongings, caused damage & destruction to the victims property, & admits to doing so on countless occasions. He has never helped the victim, but only took and stole, or destroyed. His pretense that he has given anything is false & only an excuse for his physical assaults.
Christopher Keala Lample confesses & demonstrates the truth of his violent behavior & repeated physical abuse perpetrated upon his victim.
Christopher Keala Lample holds his victim hostage, not allowing her leave & continues to assault his victim despite repeated requests to stop & release her.
Christopher Keala Lample takes away the victims phone & is in possession of it for most of the audio. At audio's end, the abuser Christopher Keala Lample goes to his mother's home, interacts with Mary Lample casually, then returns to the victim he holds hostage & continues his pitiful false performance, violent behavior, & to hold his victim against her will. There is a state protective order that abuser Chrisopher Keala Lample has violated repeatedly. The abuser Christopher Keala Lample berates & blames the victim for his violent & physical punishment; violence that is shown to be by his own volition & forced onto the victim. This video is to be evidence to Christopher Keala Lample's criminal violent behavior. His confessed and damning behavior remains to be unpunished by the law & law enforcement officials. Christopher Keala Lample denies his abuse publicly & is completely unapologetic.
In total, woman abuser Christopher Keala Lample has served only days in jail, including just days on a six month sentence, for violating his probation & for his countless incidences of abusing his female victim.
Despite much evidence, images, incidental witnesses, the perpetrator's own words, & recordings, not much has been done to bring this person to justice & responsibility for his actions. We continue to seek a day in court for crimes committed by the perpetrator. Christopher Keala Lample continues to work as a waiter, claims to be a student in court despite not attending any classes, and have a regular life under a veil that evidence should serve to lift. He serves no time even after committing a drunk driving offense in the midst of his probation for a battery charge.
Establishments like Hozy's Bar & Grill in Santa Paula, CA have said they did not care to protect victims, & instead actively decide to isolate victim & their family &friends, & chose to protect the violent criminal they've hired. Representatives have told the victim her truth was disputable & that they would do nothing to accommodate & remove said violent elements from their business or research said criminal further. This evidence will serve to uphold the truth of the violence perpetrated.
Victim blaming is very easy to do & unfortunately is also exactly what happens as the victim is being victimized. This is wrong & the hope is that society will adjust itself to stand up for the weak, the hurt, & preyed upon. To stand together & say, no, we will not tolerate this kind of behavior & it will not go unpunished. To see through the manipulation & guile of sociopaths & to demand justice be brought because of such a breach of trusts not despite of it.
For instance, such trust could be likened to a teacher & student, which any breach there we surely punish with the full extent of the law & society. The wrong doing is worse, & the offense should be considered worse. And, if the victims are able to free themselves of that abuse & demand justice, we should & need to support them.
This evidence will also serve to help shed light on domestic abuse situations. Surely this is a circumstance many may relate to & they should know that they are not alone & that we can seek help to bring the dark to light. Thank you for paying attention & perhaps taking action. Help us bring some justice.
